Important DNS Updates for All Customers (September 21 2007)
All clients should now be using the *.dotserving.com name servers, email of this move was sent out 8 months ago.
If you are using the *.chronichosting.com name servers, your site will eventually go down as we are no longer using the chronichosting.com name.
If your using:
server1.chronichosting.com -- change it to server1.dotserving.com
server1b.chronichosting.com -- change it to server1b.dotserving.com
server2.chronichosting.com -- change it to server2.dotserving.com
server2b.chronichosting.com -- change it to server2b.dotserving.com
server3.chronichosting.com -- change it to server3.dotserving.com
server3b.chronichosting.com -- change it to server3b.dotserving.com
server4.chronichosting.com -- change it to server4.dotserving.com
server4b.chronichosting.com -- change it to server4b.dotserving.com
server5.chronichosting.com -- change it to server5.dotserving.com
server5b.chronichosting.com -- change it to server5b.dotserving.com
For all resellers on server 1, it is important that you change your DNS servers for your domain name.
Failure to do so will lead to downtime.
Your NS1 should be 74.86.115.209
Your NS2 should be 74.86.115.240
All resellers will need to contact their registrar for this to take place.
