we offer a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service within your first
60 days, simply let us know and all your shared hosting fees will be reversed.

is all we require to process your refund!
Note: 60 day period ends exactly 60 days from the day on which the order for the shared hosting account was placed. Guarantee is VOID if your account violates our TOS or service
agreement.

Guarantee #2: Site Uptime Guarantee (99.9% monthly) |
|
We rarely have server issues that result in
downtime, but on occasion, we will encounter a hardware or software issue
that may cause a brief service interruption.
In all but the most urgent cases, we will send out an email notifying customers
of maintenance that is to be performed. When notice is sent at least two hours
prior to service interruption, the outage does not qualify for our uptime
guarantee.
Refunds are calculated as follows:
- Between 0 minutes and 45 minutes downtime per month (100% - 99.9% uptime)
: No refund
- Between 45 minutes and 3 hours 30 minutes downtime per month (99.9% -
99.5% uptime) : 5% refund
- Between 3 hours 30 minutes and 7 hours 15 minutes downtime per month (99.5%
- 99% uptime) : 10% refund
- Between 7 hours 15 minutes and 14 hours 30 minutes downtime per month
(99% - 98% uptime) : 15% refund
- Between 14 hours 30 minutes and 1.5 days downtime per month (98% - 95%
uptime) : 25% refund
- Greater than 1.5 days downtime per month (less than 95% uptime) : 100%
refund
Note: Site availability guarantee does not include downtime that is out of dotServing's
control, including but not limited to: riots, vandalism, fires, inclement weather, third-party provider outages,
cable cuts , power crisis shortages, acts of terrorism, and or uncontrollable acts of God, or other causes beyond
Provider's control, as defined by standard practices in the industry.

Guarantee #3: Support Response Guarantee (60 minutes) |
|
Support is our life. It's what we're best known for; Prompt and friendly replies. We're more than
aware that all the features in the world are worthless unless they are backed
by a strong and easy-to-use support infrastructure.
Any support request that is submitted through our specified support channels
is guaranteed to receive a response within 60 minutes. Please note that this
does not mean that our average response takes 60 minutes. Our average ticket response
time is currently
19 minutes.
If a response is not given within 60 minutes, a $1 credit can be
requested (per ticket created at my.dotserving.com).
Note: Support response guarantee does not include billing tickets,
sales tickets, accounting tickets and emails. It only includes tech support tickets submitted via my.dotserving. Support response guarantee does not guarantee resolution
within 60 minutes, merely a reply from a technicial support agent within 60 minutes.
Total credits in a given month cannot exceed 100% of customer's hosting fees
for the account which the requests were in reference to.

Guarantee #4: Pre-Sales Contact Guarantee (90 minutes) |

Our pre-sales contact guarantee is simple! Send a sales question in via our
contact us page and we guarantee you a response within 90 minutes during our daytime
business hours of 9AM-9PM EST!
Note: The pre-sales contact guarantee does not apply on Holidays. If we fail to meet this time frame, your first month is free!

* This does not include reimbursement for domain name registration,
or any other external services purchased while under dotserving. Make sure your
files are backed up when you request cancellation, as accounts and account
backups will be promptly terminated. After your 30 days are up, you
cannot receive a full refund, but may cancel at any time.
** In order to file for cancellation, refund or credit,
please submit a support ticket to our accounting/billing team online at my.dotserving.This procedure also applies for non-refund
cancellations (those that occur outside of the 30 day window).
